2. Description of Service

TinyTrack provides URL shortening and click analytics services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

Free users can create up to 5 short links per day without an account. Paid plans require account creation and provide enhanced features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TinyTrack to:

Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious content
Link to illegal content or activities
Engage in phishing or fraud
Spam or abuse the service
Violate intellectual property rights
Harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Link Management

We reserve the right to disable or remove any short link that violates these terms or applicable laws. Users are responsible for the content of their destination URLs.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Pricing and Payment

Free Plan: 5 links/day, basic stats, 7-day retention
Pro Plan: $15/month - Unlimited links, full analytics
Business Plan: $39/month - Custom domain, API, team features

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of TinyTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

TinyTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

TinyTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TinyTrack operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
